Anshu Pandey

Anshu is an experienced pediatric therapist with over 18 years of dedicated work in the field of special needs therapy. With a deep passion for helping children reach their full potential, Anshu is certified in multiple therapeutic modalities, including Neuro-Developmental Therapy (NDT), Sensory Integration, Oral Placement Therapy, Handwriting Without Tears, Hanens – Learning Language and Loving It, Tomatis Auditory Integration, Primitive Reflex Integration, and Therapeutic Aquatics.

Throughout her career, Anshu has worked in both inclusive and clinical settings and with various diagnosis, where she has been instrumental in initiating and establishing therapeutic setups in schools and for children with special needs. Her work spans various approaches, focusing on individualized care that supports the development of motor, sensory, cognitive, and communication skills.

In 2018, Anshu took a significant step in her career by founding and running Sunshine, a therapy center dedicated to providing specialized care for children with special needs. Under her leadership, Sunshine has grown to become a trusted resource for families, offering tailored therapies and interventions to support children’s unique needs.

She believes in partnering and finding collaborations with parents as the biggest stake holders in a child’s development. 

In addition to her clinic work, Anshu is committed to reaching underserved communities and runs specialized clinics for special needs children in slum areas of Sector 17, Gurgaon. Her dedication to making therapy accessible to all children reflects her belief in the importance of providing equal opportunities for growth and development, regardless of background or socioeconomic status.
